“Recently we had some issues with our Cameron rip saw and we needed to call for tech support.  I wanted to inform you of the excellent service I received on multiple occasions.  Jacob and Andy Miller were both able to walk me through my difficult times and were extremely professional. They were able to easily walk me through on situations that I was completely unfamiliar with, but they did it with great ease and made a difficult task for me, amazingly pleasant and doable. Our machine was down at a time that our owner was away on vacation and if they would not have been able to help us our plant would have been down completely (not good when the boss is away).”
